We accept merchandise returns within 15 days from the date of receipt, for unused products in their original packaging provided that the items are in the same condition as when delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must also be deemed saleable by us upon inspection.

Custom orders are made to your individual specifications and, therefore, are not eligible for return or exchange.
“As-Is”, “Final Sales”, And "Gently Used Staging Items":
Gently Used Staging Items are sold in “as-is” condition and are generally sold at a generous discount and, therefore, are not returnable. Such sales are considered “final sale”.

REFUNDS Your refund will be sent to the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item to process the refund. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the original delivery fee, and any applicable restocking, return shipping, and/or delivery fees.
